The Sunray™ SMC 1000 three-line solar message center is designed for ease of use, performance, and long-term reliability, featuring a user-friendly computer with reduced key programming and full NTCIP compliance. High-intensity LED pixel technology delivers uniform light output, improved message clarity, and excellent distance legibility. An industrial-grade, powder-coated steel trailer with an 11-gauge frame and 3,500-pound suspension ensures durable, dependable service, while modular electronic components allow quick replacement, improved diagnostics, and reduced downtime and maintenance costs.

Warranty Coverage
National Signal stands behind the quality of its products. Each product is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a specified period from the date of purchase. During the warranty period, National Signal will repair or replace, at its option, defective parts that fail under normal use.

What’s Covered
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship and applies only to the original purchaser with proof of purchase.

What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, improper installation or maintenance.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Transportation, freight, delivery costs, or labor charges.
  • Alterations or modifications not authorized by National Signal.

How to Make a Claim
To initiate a warranty claim:

  1. Contact National Signal Customer Service at 1-888-994-0300 or via email at info@nationalsignalinc.net for instructions and to obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA).
  2. Return the defective part with the RGA number referenced. Warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase and returned within the time frame specified in the product’s documentation.

Limitations & Remedies
National Signal’s sole obligation under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of defective parts at its discretion. No other remedies (including incidental or consequential damages) are provided.
